The location is super. Close walking distance to all the main sites. Shower is excellent. Big and hot water with loads of pressure. Bed is comfy.

Had to walk up stairs maybe 4 flights or more

Everything was perfect! The location is really in the middle of the city center. You can walk from here basically everywhere you want. Metro stations are 6 mins away. Amazing view to the Clérigos Church. Room was nicely equipped with hairdryer, toiletries, towels etc. The house and the stairway was traditional. Staff helped us kindly and fast. We would love to be back here.

There was a problem with the lock, but after calling the staff, they changed/fixed it in 1 hours in the night!

The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and everything looked even better than in the photos. There was plenty of space for two adults, and the bathroom was also comfortable. It’s also worth noting the view from the window, which is truly magical and offers a breathtaking panorama of Porto.

The Wi-Fi hardly worked — it was only available until around 10 a.m., and then stopped completely. I had to buy a Portuguese SIM card as I had a lot of online work to do. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment is on a high floor the 5th floor, accessible only by steep stairs. It was a bit challenging, but manageable. It can also get quite noisy at night, but it’s still bearable.

The location was great, within the City Center.

It did feel unconfortable to find the building entrance, since the indications provided we're not so clear. We arrived at night, and the supposed main entrance was not on the indicated street. I had to call the support numer to find the right adress, and it was raining a lot. Apart from that, the place was though nice and very peculiar, but the stairs caused some problems to my relatives, due to their age they had some hard time in going up and down. The rooms were cold and full of humidity and there was mold on the walls. Moreover, the rooms were not so clean. I am sorry, but I have to say how It was.
