Great location, easy check-in and checkout, easy on street parking in the next street, plus a voucher for a 2 for 1 cocktail!

Just a suggestion, perhaps some sugar to go with the tea and coffee supplies, and a teaspoon? But otherwise excellent

The location and price value was excellent. It was a tight space but had everything we needed. Having a little fridge, a kettle and a set of cutlery for 2 was a nice touch. Having security codes for the gate and room instead of a key or fob was handy.

Nothing comes to mind but anyone booking should know that it is a very small room.

Compact attractive comfortable.

Amazing location! around a 5 minute walk to the main town, passing the byron train along the way. We were in town for a wedding without a car and were able to get to everywhere we needed to be using this as our home base.

A bit shocked at the lack of communication by the hosts as well as some of the amenities in the room. We did not receive the check in code prior to our arrival and tried calling them, got sent to voicemail and responded via text a few minutes later. We had asked also previously asked for an early check in and they said they would check into it and let us know - they didn't and the room was clearly available early since it was self-check in, but we waited outside till the check-in time anyway. The room itself was small but beautifully styled. Both of the table lamps didn't work, so we had to use the TV as our night time light. TV was quite old as well so only a few local channels available. The room also was quite stuffy the couple days we were there despite the fan and the A/C. We were also only provided with 1 coffee despite booking for two people for 3 days. Please be aware that you are paying what I would consider as quite a lot for a room with an ensuite in a house. Because of this, you can hear people in the other rooms. All in all it was a beautiful property in the perfect location, but I would've expected a bit more for the cost.
