Great Room with A pool access and a pretty design of Towels like baby Elephants when checking in . Great location & Nice breakfast but not many options there if u are vegetarian .
The pool was super cold & with the rainy season it was hard to swim , I wish the water was heated . Plus there’s no coffee pods machine in the room its only on the menu of the tv but not available in reality . Only the sachets of nescafe are provided .

Everything is great except food. but the view is amazing. The cleanliness is perfect. Spacious. Modern. etc
The food. The chef shall be matching the standards of such hotel. The steak was chewy and the pesto pasta was super oily. This doesn't match the luxury of the hotel and the price of such food.

Very clean, everything in this resort was extremely clean. The staff were always very attentive to every detail. ALL the staff here were extremely helpful, polite, respectful and always had a smile. The location is also perfect, it’s a 3 min drive to the shops and beach with transport that is provided by the resort.

Location was quiet and picturesque.
Food was ok but not always authentically Thai food, which was my expectation.
The bar kept the music blaring until midnight. That the pool was not cleaned every day. The pool ladders were not attached securely. All the pool access rooms were alike. The one closest to the lift was more run down. TV channel selection was very limited, with no movies in the pool access rooms.
