Pool toilets out of order

I liked the patio views and the access to the beach and pool from the patio. Also liked that the second bedroom and ensuite was upstairs which suited us with 2 extra adults. Very well equiped. Short walk to Ferry terminal and cafes. Pool area is lovely.

Average size unit for four people

Great location between Noosaville and Hastings Street/Main Beach. It is handy to have a cafe, restaurant and shop very close by. Nice layout of the complex and also of the apartment. Clear instructions were given on using the complex and check-out arrangements. Well-equipped apartment too. The pool and spa looked great although we didn't use them and very handy to have a covered BBQ area with a fridge for guest use. The potential to borrow DVDs and books is a really nice touch and it's very handy to have one key for most things and the front door keypad system is thoughtful. Underground parking and big bins are very convenient particularly for longer stays as are the washer and dryer in the apartment.

Apartment was a little dated in its furniture and decor. The en-suite bathroom had a bad drain smell which was unpleasant and the fan is on constantly not just when the light is on. The floor tiles could be a bit slippery and care is needed. Finally, it would have been nice to have had the option of a late check-out time.

It was a nice room we stayed in.

No lifts. Sheets were wet. Under couch/furniture was filthy. Front desk was rude, I had an activity planned for a hens that receptionist didn’t allow in our room. Instead we had to sit in the sun on a very humid day in BBQ area.
