We have been to resort and had the most amazing time so much so that we decided to go again for the second time and even invited friends along however this last visit has left a bitter taste in my mouth. When we checked out we forgot my son's IPAD on the bed and only realized when we got home which is almost 3 hours away, We called as soon as we realized, When we left the resort housekeeping was already moving to our room number however she failed to hand in my son's IPAD to the reception or lost and found. We called them back 7 times as we kept being told that they are still getting the cleaner to check and would call us back but no one ever did, however the room was cleaned a long time ago it wasn't until my husband demanded to speak to the manager and said we would not hang up until it is found then only we were advised that the tablet was found, Why did it take all the up and down and endless calls for the cleaner to step up and do the right thing? I was also very frustrated with a lady at the front desk named Angel, she kept giving us the run around. We had to do a 3 hour drive all the way back to resort to collect the tablet when it would've been so much easier if it was dropped off at the reception desk straight after the room was cleaned and we were given a call to advise ad this would have saved us from having to drive back there all the way from home. When I got to the reception to collect I asked to speak to the manager and the guy on duty refused and just said they will take it up with the cleaning manager. I really feel like they do not take the complaints of their guests seriously I guess its safe to say they will not be seeing me and my family again, We cannot stay at a resort where the staff are dishonest

Arrived on Saturday, about an hour before check in. We were not allowed to check in till exactly 2pm which granted, is their check in time. But with the hotel not fully booked, you'd expect that they would atleast offer a room 20 to 30 minutes before check in. That aside, staff were very pleasant. Facilities include a pool, golf course, quad biking and few others. While there aren't as many as other resorts, it's a decent amount. The room was clean and spacious. The resort itself is very well positioned with some of the most beautiful views. If you're planning a 2 day getaway, it's definitely an option.
