    Pengalaman menginap di hotel ini agak mengecewakan, terutamanya dari segi layanan staf. Staf di kaunter bukan kurang mesra tapi memang TIDAK MESRA !! Mungkin layanan setaraf hotel kot. 11/7/2026 Semasa kami ingin check-out, staf sedang menggunakan telefon di luar hotel. Apabila nampak kami menghampiri kaunter, dia terus menarik muka !Sikap seperti ini benar-benar memberikan pengalaman yang kurang baik. Selain itu, pada waktu malam bekalan elektrik terputus selama lebih kurang 20 minit. Apa yang lebih mengecewakan, pihak hotel langsung tidak memohon maaf atau memberikan sebarang penjelasan kepada tetamu mengenai situasi tersebut.

    Had a nice stay here...but the fridge is not working. Complained to the staff at reception. They claimed it was repaired but the fridge is still NOT COLD!

    Cheating on room photo, given non window room different from Agoda photo, room smaller than 26m3 as advertised. When i complaint counter staff, not allow me to change room and cannot cancel. So I changed to a new hotel at the end.
