Great location, very clean and spacious. Excellent value for money.

Room was clean and spacious

The lady (with short blonde hair) at reception was friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The heater (that was very needed the night we stayed) worked well and heated up the room effectively. The bathroom was clean and had good amenities and a nice touch was the plates and cutlery in the drawer along with the Arnotts biscuits which are always yummy with a cup of tea in the morning! Eventhough we didn't stay long (we spent the time at the hot springs) the time we did stay at the accommodation was comfortable and pleasant. Thankyou.

2 towels in the bathroom were not quite enough, however when we asked for a few more towels it was not an issue. The staff were very kind and gracious and did not make us feel bad for asking for more towels.

Good location and price. Was convenient to have a microwave in the room.

The heater was in another room so the bedroom area took forever to warm up. Shower was either way too hot or way too cold. Maybe consider a mixer tap.
