We liked slides, two-storey room, bed clothes and staff's kindness
As for slides, we had to pay for them above the ticket cost that was very strange. Moreover, the clearness of the cafeterias didn't met our expectations

The rooms were excellent, and the thing I liked most was the massage. It was reasonably priced and performed by a professional staff member. Also, the woman who works there kindly gave us the room one hour before the official check-in time
The breakfast was terrible. The salad was not fresh, and the variety of food was very poor. The staff at the hotel’s pool area were also not professional. Every half hour, they would close the sauna or shut down the jacuzzi, which was very inconvenien

Great indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Loved the aquapark too
Breakfast only included an instant coffee, sadly i found it to be quite common in Armenia. Also rtv in my room did not work, and i wasn’t informed about it ahead of booking.
