Appartamento comodo e tranquillo con vista mare e giardino a disposizione, dotata di parcheggio privato comodissimo

Il fronte spiaggia è bello dal balcone , ma appena si oltrepassa il cortile la spiaggia non esiste , c’è solamente roccia pungente e immondizia

Great vacation on Peloponnese! The location, by the shore is magnificent where you can observe the perfect sunset. The place is very nice, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is comfortable for a family with two kids. Its 1 min drive to the village of Marathopoli. The closest nice sandy beach is 5 min drive. The shoreline was rocky but the host found unique way to enter to water when you need quick swim 🙂 There are nice places to visit nearby, like Voidokilia beach around 20 min drive, KOA beach bar, Costa Navarino luxury resorts, good restorants in Gialova and nice boat cruise around Sapienza, from Methoni.

The building is a bit outdated, which you cannot see on the pics, but still its well maintained and in a good condition. So generally, nothing i dont like 🙂

Prachtige plek met zicht op zee, het geluid van de golven. Heerlijk groot terras, appartement op de hoek. Goede airconditioning. Compacte indeling van het huisje, maar alles voldoende ruim.

De leenfietsen (wel een sympathiek gebaar) waren in erg slechte staat, je kon er nauwelijks op fietsen. Het is daarbij ook geen fraai gezicht, veel oude verroeste fietsen schots en scheef in een fietsenstandaard. We hadden helaas geen buitendouche

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend, die Prospektfotos geben dies wirklich gut wieder.

Eine in die Jahre gekommene Anlage, Im Schlafzimmer bröselt der Putz von der Wand. Im Schrank sind Stockflecke. Auch im Küchenschrank unter der Spüle blühte der Schimmel. Wenn man die Schranktür öffnete, verbreitete sich ein muffiger Geruch im Raum.
