Enjoy a premium location near Historic Park City (6 min.) and Mountain Village base area (3 min.) alongside the heated community pool, hot tub, fitness center, fire pits, and ski lockers. During Summer, hiking trails abound and the family can enjoy plenty of alpine activities at Park City Mountain Resort. No matter the season, guests will love relaxing in the hot tub and barbecuing on the patio!

Step inside this beautiful condo to find a welcoming interior. Hardwood floors stretch throughout the great room, adorned with rustic beams and a stone fireplace for warming up after chilly days on the mountain. We enjoyed the layout and where surprised in a good way by the space. The split bedroom ranch style unit was appreciated as well.The condo felt larger than it appears in the photos. Which was a nice surprise; as I was willing to forgo space (square footage) for the ski in/out convenience. Rent is a premium for the ski in/out feature and unfortunately the lift serving the unit wasn't operational because of the snow conditions. (Not the owners fault, but regardless, it's a huge feature you're paying for and not getting) I think owners need to consider rent reductions if snow conditions are such and this major feature/amenity isn't available. So we still ended up driving to the mountain everyday. Yes, of course you could bus it, but that's not my jam. So with that said if I am still driving to the mountain daily; I'll need to look long and hard next season, where we will stay because there are plenty of 3000 sq foot rentals a short (20 minute or less) drive away for the same price, or similar square footage as this unit at about half the cost. So, renters are stuck between a rock and a hard place. I'd recommend watching the weather patterns in early season, when there's still time to cancel and get refunded if there isn't a chance of ski in/out and rent further away from the mountain. But all that said, we loved our 2026 ski trip and precious time spent together with family. And are looking forward (God willing) to next season already. Namaste.

We visited the condo at the end of February for a family ski vacation. It was everything we wanted and needed. The location was great, the accommodations were excellent and the staff was welcoming and always available to assist as needed.

The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. Location was spectacular, easy access to the ski lift, restaurant, ski shop, shuttle and rental office. Everyone at the resort was exceptional. Always available and helpful throughout our stay. The condo met all our needs. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The cleanliness was top notch. We will definitely return for another family trip.
