A great accommodation in Kallithea!

The location was really nice, very close to all the restaurants and shops, the beach, but quiet at the same time. Walkable distance to everything. The room was cleaned whenever we requested, the towels and sheets were clean as well. We also easily found a parking spot near the building. I saw people complaining about pigeons on the roof in this particular room but to be honest, I only heard them when I was already awake and it was very slight. I recommmend!

Generally pleasant

Fantastic location, close to the beach and in the heart of the center. There's a big free parking lot nearby. Excellent daily cleaning service, with thorough linen and towel changes when requested. Kind and helpful staff, especially Robert, who quickly resolved an issue without us needing to ask. Well-equipped room despite a small kitchen. Slightly noisy area due to central location. Small kitchen with no extractor fan. Bathroom had uneven, broken tiles, requiring slippers for safety, and lacked ventilation except for a small window. Shower’s flat design caused water and dirt to pool in corners. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Unreliable Wi-Fi and TV signal. Balcony clothes drying was tricky due to dripping from upper floors; water drops (possibly from cleaning or guests above) splashed onto our food while eating on the balcony.

Stunning!

Everything was just perfect and exceptional! As far as i understood its a family business and they run it absolutely phenomenal! Robert was very kind, he even gave spoke Serbian with us, apartment was clean as if it was a hospital, wifi worked pretty well, bed was comfortable abd cozy, everything was same like in the pictures, Phaeton is at the top spot since its not in the loud area but yet still right in the center of Kalithea. There was always a parking spot near, you've amazing food pretty close to the apartments, beach is not far away, 6-7 minutes of walk. If we ever decide to come back to Kassandra it will definitely be here. We're absolutely amazed by our vacation spent here and we give highest recommendation about it. Thanks for everything Robert!

The hotel has a great location - close to shops, restaurants, beach. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners provided us with a parking space. We would be happy to visit again!

Decent location but with some glaring problems.

Very clean, every day the room was cleaned and towels refreshed. It's quite near the center of the resort and the staff is quite friendly.

Internet connectivity is horrendous, the location has a very lousy router with wild signal fluctuations, it is placed poorly (only half of our room was in coverage) and the overall quality of the connection, on the whole peninsula, is ... bad. We were housed on the top flor and unfortunately the balcony was unusable in the evening because it is fully bathed in sunlight and there are no curtains or any protection at all. Another inconvenience is the way that the roof is built - completely out of metal tiles. Coupled with the army of birds in the area and you may wake up to the sound of talons on your roof.

Very good

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with great balcony . It's located in the center of Kallithea, close to everything, but still in a quite neighborhood. The owner is very polite. They have cleaning services every day (cleaning, changing towels and sheets). Parking is not a problem, the owner reserved a perfect spot for us. The apartment has AC in every room and they worked perfectly.

The shower is very small, with courten, and the bathroom is wet after every shower. There isn't enough kitchen amenities. The biggest problem was a Wi-fi, especially in the evening (no signal at all). The owner said that was a problem in every villa.

Best place in Kallithea

Everything was perfect! Best attitude towards the customer! The staff is really kind and polite - found us parking spot, told us the best places to go, helped us with taxis, woke up in the middle of the night to unlock our room because we forgot the key! The hotel room has modern furniture and everything you need and they cleaned the room every day! Location also is the best - in the center 5 min walk to everything - beach bars, restaurants, clubs! Definitely coming again!

Amazing stay! Very clean and nice staff!

The room was very clean. We had a fridge, sink, water boiler and the bathroom was perfect. They would clean our room whenever we put the sign on the door and the room was perfect every singlr time. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect. Nice quiet apartments where you can find some good rest and a relaxing time right in the centre of Kallithea. You can walk to the beach within a few minutes. Rooms get cleaned up every single day if you like. The facility has everything you need.

Kallitea odmor

The host was very kind and correct. I must especially mention that we paid for the accommodation of the alince, in the meantime the greece border is closed and he did not charge us a deposit. The apartment is cleaned daily and towels are changed. The beds are comfortable, 2 terraces. The best value for money. We will come again for sure
