The room was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We had requested a room on a higher floor; however, only smoking rooms were available on the higher floors, while our preference was for a non-smoking room. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and all the facilities and amenities were available and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was beyond our expectations, and we had a very pleasant experience.

The swimming pool timing was not convenient for guests, as it was closed from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This is normally one of the peak periods during the day when guests prefer to spend time by the pool, especially during hot weather. Unfortunately, the pool being closed during this period caused inconvenience and affected the overall guest experience.

We attended an event there and decided to stay for a night with the whole family. We appreciate Saurav of Banquet team who really assisted my family during the event. The reception tried to give us a room all in the same floor. The AC is cold which my son loves it.

The check in process takes time more than 15-20mins (knowing that we have kids and infant with us), we didn't feel welcome when we arrived, we need to ask for a trolley to unload our things then when we got the trolley, we were asked to remove it or placed it aside as they need the trolley. We didn't finish our check in yet. They mentioned that there is mini bar in the room which they don't really have. There were dust in the mini bar area, not so clean toilet bowl. The DND and Make up room button is broken. We requested for a toothbrush before we arrived at the venue, nothing has been placed which i need to call operator to ask them to place it in my room.
