It was such a peaceful and desolate stay. Exactly what was needed for some rest and recovery. Great location with lovely staff, and sooooo quiet.

This was more of a retreat than a resort. At the end of a gravel road you are very secluded in some lovely gardens.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a great chat with one as we sat watching the ocean. The coral and fish, when we found them, were pretty.
The beach is not quite as it appears in the photos. At low tide there is a fairly small strip of sandy beach to walk along. You can only access the reef for snorkelling around high tide and then it is some distance out. Having to order food in advance meant that when we arrived, we had to make do with some crisps until teatime.

The food was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, including plenty of fresh fruit every morning. Lunch and dinner were also varied and well prepared, with different choices available each day. The curry dishes were especially outstanding and some of the best meals we had during our stay

The people of the neighbouring village were friendly
Highly varying quality of food and service on a day to day basis, even though you have the same dishes and staff. Dont expect a “luxury resort” as the website states, I would compare the standard of food and service to a home stay more than a resort or a retreat (but the pricing are resort prices) since we did a lot of the service ourselves and the quality of the food was so and so.
Also the executive rooms have very varying standard, the first room we were assigned to wasn’t even fully furnished. But luckily we were able to switch when we asked the manager.
They don’t organise any regular activities on site (the place have two canoes and one of them is leaking water) and the place is very far from the main road.
