Great location of you are traveling by bus to multiple cities, it is pretty close to the city center and the staff is pretty friendly. They do store luggage if you arrive before the check in time and even move it to your room for you when your room is ready
It is on a busy street so it can be noisy at night

Location great, right next to bus station and also close to bars and restaurants and shopping

Clean, good location, very nice bathroom.
I would prefer a more personal message with a “How to enter the building”. There is no staff, so make it as clear as possible.

Good location opposite the bus station
Uncomfortable squeaky bed and hard double pillow. Very noisy during the night from a party in the block in an apartment on a higher floor.
