The room spotless and comfortable. Location was perfect, five minutes walk to the centre and ten minutes to the railway station. Food at the nearby restaurant (Where you check in) was good quality and value. I look forward to staying at Pension Figon again!
I missed having the facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee, no big thing!

the location is perfect right next to everything , the main city streets are a 2 minute walk away from the destination & the staff were very welcoming , room was comfy , i would recommend to anyone no bother

Excellent standard of pension right in the heart of Santander. The pension is tucked off a side street and therefore does not suffer from much noise at all. It's a short walk from the market and the bus/train station. My room was big enough and had all the basic facilities you expect. Staff are nice and the restaurant has a good selection of traditional Spanish food. I've stayed here before and will stay again, it's just excellent. It's how all pensions should be.
If you're lucky you can take in a game of boules as there is a mini arena there.
Nothing whatsoever.

The owners are very responsive to WhatsApp messages
Room and bathroom not cleaned properly on arrival
Unfortunately the neighbours were regularly very loud at 3am with TV and shouting
