New Samay Hostel

This a quiet, clean and comfortable hostel in the heart of Seville. My plane landed late, but they have 24/7 check in, so that was no problem. I would definitely stay here again.

+The Hostel is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Santa Cruz district, a short walk away from the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and a wealth of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. +The rooms are comfortable and in good condition, offering curtained bunks that give some welcome privacy. +The shared kitchen is a good size and well equipped. +The rooftop patio is a lovely social space to relax in.

-The Hostel could benefit from a new coat of paint and some decorative TLC. It currently looks a little bland. -The bathrooms are a bit basic, with shower doors prone to leaking. -There doesn't appear to be lockable storage jn the rooms.

Location is good,near the old town but away from the noise the crowded area! Kitchen is big and tidy with necessary cooking facilities! Room is clean and tidy!

The young look staff’s attitude is rude with poor manner! Lack of internal communication on the bed arrangements! As the young look staff already knew I have added extra one day to 5 days from 4 days ! However he packed all my belongings in a black rubbish bag and placed at the main door for the whole day! Finally he arranged another female room for me but the bed was near the toilet even though there is another lower bed available in the room!

It was a good location and relatively clean. My room had a nice view and a good amount of space

The people staying in my hostel were a bit obnoxious, they were smoking in the room and being loud in the middle of the night. So maybe reinforcing those things could be good. Besides that I wished the lockers were a bit bigger because they weren’t able to fit my backpack.
