Close to take away, parking very affordable, bus stop nearby. Staff were very friendly. Price was reasonable

Room and shower were tiny, air con and TV ordinary. No lift

They were very accommodating with my assistance dog and were able to give us an accessible room on request. The room was very wheelchair accessible and had an attached accessible bathroom with plenty of room and an even a shower chair The staff were well educated on assistance dogs! The bed was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room smelt a bit and there were some stains/food/something on the carpet. The bathroom could have had a brighter light as well. Unfortunately the two disabled parking spots were taken and even though we paid the $10 parking fee when we got back from an event all the parking spots had been taken up so we had to park at the KFC beside the hotel. The staff were understanding and gave me a refund on my parking ticket in the morning but I did expect to be able to get parking (better yet accessible parking, since the hotel only had 2 accessible rooms = 2 accessible car parks?) considering we did pay for a ticket.

King size bed was actually one bed instead of two twins jammed together. Window shutter made it nice and dark when I needed rest

The bathroom/toilet combo is gross and it ran out of hot water after like 1.5 minutes in the shower. Also there was mouldy carpet beside the bed head.
