Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila Resort - Neverland Hurghada

The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. What really stood out was how friendly and supportive every single member of the team was. Their hospitality made such a positive difference to our overall experience. Specially Mr. Mahmoud from the manager of maintenance team and Mr. Mohamed from reception If I choose to stay at this property again, the wonderful staff will definitely be one of the main reasons. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

1- The rooms are a bit dated, which was not what I expected based on the impression I had at the time of booking. 2- Also, the family rooms have only one bathroom, which was quite surprising and inconvenient for us as a family. 3- The kids’ aqua park could definitely be better maintained in terms of cleanliness. During our stay, it did not feel as clean as we would have expected, which was disappointing considering it is mainly used by children. 4. The beach experience was unfortunately one of the most disappointing parts of our stay. The beach is not located directly at the property but at Al Dana Beach Hotel, so we had to use the shuttle bus to get there. What made the situation more frustrating was that we repeatedly faced issues with the staff at the other hotel regarding where Neverland guests were allowed to sit or access the beach. We were told that certain areas were “not our place” and that we had to move or walk to another area. The way this was communicated was rude and made us feel unwelcome. This arrangement really needs to be better coordinated between the two hotels so that guests are not placed in such an uncomfortable and annoying situation.

Restaurants provide good food but can be better. Yet the staff takes the plate and empty the table the same minute of their closure. Regardless if the giest is till eating or not.

The quality of the entire place does not reflect the price. Starting by the cheap slippery tiles all around the pools (my mother slipped twice).Huge communication issue among the staff, we have been informed of different timings of the aqua park break by several employees(some said 12:30-1:30, others said 12:00-1:30 and last day they said 12:00-14:00. Directions given by all employees are vague and not clear.
