Stroll to Front and Back Beaches, grab an ice cream on Bearskin Neck, or walk to the Rockport commuter rail and ride straight to Salem for Halloween fun—no traffic or parking headaches. Stay on the train a little longer and you’re in Boston.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central A/C, and blazing-fast Wi-Fi (500 Mbps). The first floor includes a queen bedroom, a private twin bedroom, and the home’s full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a full bed.
You’re also a short drive from Halibut Point and Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester. Whether you’re tide pooling, gallery hopping, or relaxing with your pup, this pet-friendly cottage is the perfect North Shore getaway.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The stairs to the second floor are steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
- The home is located on a small town main road, and some vehicle noise may be heard indoors.
- The upstairs bedrooms connect through open doorways. There are no doors between them, but the rooms are offset so there is no direct line of sight. This setup works well for families or close friends.
- The twin bedroom also contains the washer and dryer. It is a private first-floor room with a door and is ideal for a child, teen, or solo guest.

This is by far my favorite rental in Rockport! Erin is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean (I have high standards) and well stocked and comfortable. And just a quick walk into town!

We loved our stay. The home was perfect for our trip to Rockport. Easily could walk to Bearskin Neck area. We took the train to and from Boston and being so close made it super easy to head into the city. Will definitely want to stay again for future trips!

We had a wonderful last minute stay in Rockport at this property. The home is clean, has modern upgrades, and is walkable to the beach and town. We couldn't have asked for a better time!

This is an amazing property and our family enjoyed four nights here. We walked easily to the beach and to shops and restaurants. It was perfectly clean and comfortable and we loved the amount of detailed information Erin left for us for our time in Rockport. She had excellent recommendations! Highly, highly recommend!
