Charming boutique hotel, was the highlight of our 1 month stay in Croatia. The atmosphere and design of the pool area and restaurant is extraordinary. Very clean, spacious rooms, larger than an average hotel's. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is delicious.

The hotel restaurant staff seems rather inexperienced, lots of mistakes and errors were happening which deducted from our experience at Nono Ban. The overall luxurious atmosphere was disrupted by constant negligence from restaurant staff, multiple times a day, every day. Something to be improved upon, so I'm leaving it here as constructive criticism.

The room stayed nicely cool and the fitness and sauna area was available free of charge.

We were really looking forward to this stay, especially given the high ratings and price point, but unfortunately the experience left us underwhelmed. We had expected a remote, charming and relaxing resort where we could enjoy the pools and unwind with good food and atmosphere. Instead, the place felt bare and without character. Rooms are newly built but already feel neglected. Ours had no towels upon arrival, no coffee with the kettle, uncomfortable pillows, and several maintenance issues. A loose tap, a broken towel hanger, and a doorknob that literally fell off. There was no warm water for over a day, and when we finally raised it, the response was dismissive at first. Strangely enough, it was fixed right after they checked it. The lack of local presence was also noticeable. It felt disconnected from the Croatian warmth and charm we experienced elsewhere. The restaurant, though, was by far the biggest letdown. We tried four dishes the first night and that was enough. It seemed like corners were cut wherever possible. At one point I joked I should have just ordered potatoes, and even those turned out to be reheated leftovers from earlier in the day. It was easily the most disappointing meal of our trip and one of the weakest we have had in a long time.
