Pasko was the property manager and he not only checked us in, but picked us up from the ferry port and brought us to the Villa. The service was great, and it was super easy to get settled in. The room was large and the screened in patio was very large, with a balcony outside it that. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Aqua was huge, so modern, beautifully decorated, so comfortable, with all Rituals products in the bathroom. Marko was the most amazing friendly host who went above and beyond his duties to make our stay special, collecting us on our arrival day and driving us back to the port for our departure ferry. Location was amazing. 60 m from the promenade to Zlati Rat beach and a few min to the beautiful harbour.

Great location, very relaxing and has a well kept pool.
A small bedside light was broken on arrival and could not be repaired but the excellent manager found an alternative light for us.

Marko the caretaker was really helpful and service oriented. I got his phonenumber for WhatsApp and was able to contact him day or night, and he was very responsive. Nice quiet location (read below), within walking distance of the village and great beaches. The place is like new, so basically spotless, and it's very clean.
The property advertizes to be adults only, but this is false. The owners who live at the top floor, has some friends or family that has two young children, and when they used the pool they basically take over the whole pool area, with kids screaming, running, jumping in and out of the pool, and basically make the environment very kaotic. We specifically book places that are adult only, because we want a calm environment, where we can relax, and this was not possible at all when they were around. The property also advertizes that the sound proofing is very effective, and that's true for voices/sounds between the units, but it's not effective against the banging on the floors above. We suspect that the same family or friends mentioned above lived right above us, because there was so much banging from above that it must be children jumping and running, no adult people would need to mova around so much and for such a long time. They don't reallty mention anything about cleaning, but no one cleaned anything in our room the 3 nights we were there, so no fresh towels or anything (there were towels at reception though). They say reception is open 24/7 this was not the case, there was no one there most of the time, but I guess it's not prime season yet.
