The snacks and the room was generally in good order
The soap dispenser in teh bathroom didn't work as it should. Housekeeping missed a few things, like emptying the garbage on occasions.

Excellent location and very nice helpful staff. Attention was excellent and the extra amenities and snacks and drinks in the room. Breakfast was excellent but you need to time it carefully as it's being served in nearby restaurants and service can take time.

It is a lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. The staff and manager were gracious and helpful. The park, restaurants, cafes, and shops are all just outside your door.

Ever was very new
The room was much smaller than advertised. No lobby to hand out or meet people. No services. Little window view and we booked a superior room. Low ceiling room with little light left me claustrophobic
