The property was beautiful. We had a little courtyard right outside our unit that was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host Valentina was most accommodating. She answered all our questions and made recommendations. Definitely a great value. Uber rides were not expensive to the Sagrada and other areas.

It is in a very good neighbourhood and a little bit out from the busy streets of central Barcelona. The apartment had everything I have hoped for.
It might be a little far from the metro for some people.

It has a beautiful garden.
There are kitchen stuff and washing machine with a dryer
-House owner was so late even she said 20 min later she said 30 min after that she said 5 min when we call.
-the flat has strange plan. There is 2 bedroom but it goes to same bathroom from different doors and while you are in shower anotger person has access from another bedroom and the doors even doesnt close well.
-it has otopark but it is so small and you need to act according to other cars also.
