Great location and lots of space in the apt and well looked after with fresh towels and toilet rolls etc . Would defo recommend

Mid sky light be great if it had a cover for morning sun but still not a big issue

View, big rooms, nice balcony, self fast check-in.

Wifi, Beds are actually extended sofas and aren't comfortable, Water temperature jumps in room number 13, other rooms were ok.

The bed was comfy, kitchen worked and all was clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and brought more toilet rolls each day and changed towels if needed. The balcony was lovely and the location was PERFECT! Could almost ski right off the slopes into the car park!!

Some neighbours were noisy! Not the accommodations fault! The curtains could have been thicker to keep light out more...although we all slept brilliantly so didn't actually affect us!

Is near the gondola.

Here are the bad things: > The entire place needs to be cleaned up. I have stayed at many hotels, from 1 to 5 stars, but I think all of them should be clean. Unfortunately, I cannot upload a video, but I hope you can get an idea from the attached images. > Except for the bedsheets, everything was dirty: in the bathroom, I had to wipe the toilet seat myself; the mattress was black underneath, and on top of it, there was an extra mattress topper sitting in the middle of the bed, so when you slept, you kept sliding into the center. I couldn't get any rest at all. > In the bathroom, the wall tiles were literally cracked and glued together—that's one thing, but above all, it was filthy. > I dropped my wallet in the hallway between the wardrobe and the wall, and I had to feel cobwebs when I pulled it out. > On the table in the room, there was dirt—something black, I don't know what. I'm not complaining about the fact that it was scratched and looked bad, but it should at least be clean. > On the balcony, it was dirty: not just dust, actual dirt on the floor. I tried to clean up with a mop that was left there, but it was broken in the middle. I couldn't even clean up myself. I am not the type of person to leave bad ratings (you can check my profile), but this time I really have no choice. Please clean the rooms! It's a shame, given the great location and the other services you offer.
