The atmosphere, the architecture of the complex incl. landscaping, the pool, the massage Room break and the open room for dinner and breakfast. Welcoming staff even for a late evening arrival. The temple with elefants just next to the hotel.

Wifi was poor but not the worst thing when trying to breakaway.

Booked 3 nights, 1 night in a ''Deluxe twin'', afterwards we booked another 2 nights 3 days later in a ''Premier deluxe'' that was almost the double from price as our Deluxe twin(1 night), the price not worth due it was more small!, both rooms the airco needed maintenance, very dusty inside and on the remote you could almost not see the figures on it anymore, both aircos noisy, something inside was constantly rattling, no safe inside the room(4star hotel), after heavy rain water from outside came inside the room from the outside door. The pool to small for such a big hotel(many rooms). The breakfast is based on guests for 1 night, no variation in terms of breakfast, not extensive enough if you stay for several days, we ordered coffee from the bar(extra payment, ok this i agree) but it took almost 10 mnt's before served one by one, the food for dinner was ok but we asked starter first and main course afterwards, they brought all in one time, so staff needs more training. The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment! Another hotel we stayed (also 4 stars) 3 months ago is night and day difference with this hotel.
