    Loved this resort! Everything was wonderful! I will say because it is not an all-inclusive it is a little frustrating because the food is expensive and can be just okay. That aside it is a marvelous resort and my family and I would stay here again for sure

    I booked this hotel to get the over water cabana for the day. The cabana was fantastic. Highly recommend. Its an extra cost starting at 4000 pesos. If you rent the cabana for the sunset timeframe bring some mosquito repellent and maybe citronella candle to burn. The hotel was average. The grounds are decently kept. The food in the buffet looked good but I did not eat there. The pools were well kept. The place was mostly clean. Staff were wonderful. My complaint is the amount of mosquitoes and flying insects that were in the actual bedroom. It was a lot. I even saw some kind of water bug in the bathroom this morning when i checked out. The bug issue made the room uncomfortable. Even after they sprayed the bugs were still there.

    When we booked this resort we were under the impression it was all inclusive because it is mentioned in a lot of the searches and places that we kept looking up that were all inclusive. When we got there they told us it was not and it was a shock, that nothing is included. Even though we had to pay extra for food and drink, we think after visiting several other resorts on the island this trip, that this resort by far is one of the best on the island. We were able to walk out from the beach and it was not super rocky, there was hardly any seaweed, it did not smell like sewer, it was very clean and we always had clean towels being brought to our room. The restaurants were all good. We did not have a bad experience except that the water for the shower had hotter water on the outside shower than on the inside shower, but that is it. We would definitely go back, just maybe a different time of the year!! 😊
