About this apartment rental
BRAND NEW! Don't drive to the beach and have to struggle to find parking! Walk 300 paces and squish your toes in the soft, white sand! Your cozy, comfortable beach cottage awaits! This newly renovated, beautifully decorated apartment is VERY nicely appointed to make your stay feel like home away from home.
In this cozy VERY CLEAN apartment, you have all the amenities you need from a very comfortable queen bed, to nice linens, coffee maker, toaster own, microwave, and a full kitchen to enjoy a nice meal in.
You have your own private entrance. The apartment is part of a single family home, and is completely separate, private and quiet.
It's a 3 minute walk to the beach to walk on the boardwalk, rent a bike, or work on your tan. Enjoy the bustling shops and restaurants, and the thriving West End where there is always a party! Plus you have your own beach passes, and the beach supplies you need (chairs, umbrella, etc).
You get your own parking spot (a big deal around here). And if you don't have a car, it is a 15 minute walk to the train station, and easy access to Uber, Taxis, Bus, or the Long Beach Trolley (during the summer). JFK is 30 minutes, and Manhattan is a super easy 50 minute train ride.
All the amenities you need are close by - thriving shops, restaurants, grocery & the train to the city or to explore other great spots of Long Island. Festivals, concerts, farmers market - it's all here!

The property was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a very nice stay. The bed was very comfortable. The host was especially welcoming and responsive. Check in and check out was super easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We're here twice a year, at the beginning and at the end of summer. We love this little gem - just big enough for the two of us, with an outdoor patio, always so clean, and miracle! a guaranteed on-site parking spot!, beautifully decorated, a block from the boardwalk and beach with beach passes. And a complete kitchen! And Kim, a very attentive host.

Stay was good. We found information in the bathroom about a toilet/plumbing issue with a caution for the continuous running toilet. We were mindful of this and made sure nothing was left running during and prior to leaving the place. Host contacted us several hours after checkout and accused us of flooding the premises. We viewed cleaning personnel entering the home upon leaving. We responded to hosts accusation and requested a time to discuss further via phone. No further response from host was made. Never had this happen before.
