Seasonal rental... bright/sunny furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath upper apt in private home. 1000' from beach/boardwalk in desirable East End location of Long Beach, an oceanfront community conveniently located just 45 min from mid-town Manhattan.
This apt is ideal for 2 people sharing a King-size bed and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with use of two twin-size beds in the guest room.
All ready to go and everything included. The only thing you'll need to bring is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. We'll provide access to:
- four (4) seasonal admission passes for the beach ($15/day value per person),
- four (4) beach chairs with towels,
- a beach umbrella,
- a beach cart with wheels,
- bikes to use on the boardwalk or for a ride into town.
Apt is in pristine condition with amenities that include:
- separate entrance,
- central air conditioning,
- washer/dryer access,
- large private deck,
- use of private fenced yard w/ patio & gas grill,
- full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware and cutlery

Having usually stayed in hotels when visiting family for long weekends, we decided to test the waters with a beachside rental and will try to avoid hotels going forward. Being able to relax, enjoy a new community with walks to the beach and to Park Ave, easy and convenient and having some quiet spaces made our weekend more enjoyable. Really enjoyed our stay in Long Beach, such a friendly and welcoming host and perfect space for our group.

We had a great time ,Deidre was wonderful ,her respond to us was always quick .short walk to the beach and short distance to supermarket and restaurants.would highly recommend.
