In an authentic village house, conditioned and restored keeping the maximum originality of an old town house.
We want our clients to sit in a village house, not to think they are still in the flat or a small apartment.
That is why we offer the spaciousness of a large house, with its exterior spaces and also has the privilege of being located in the town square of Goya.
Rural house in Fuendetodos de Categoria Superior, we are constantly renovating and changing.
Groups can be together and enjoy the house, but at the same time have their privacy in each room with their private bathroom.
We like that families and their friends who come, feel at home, that is why so many repeat.
The terrace and the patio are ideal for children, they play without danger of leaving the house, in the middle of nature, with the earth and among the trees.
LA CASA DEL PINTOR, is a meeting place for family and friends looking for a charming house that has spaciousness inside and a private terrace and garden area.
Our customers repeat for the spaciousness of the house and how comfortable they are especially with children, since we have 13 beds, 2 extra beds, baby cot, 2 high chairs, 1 baby bath, toys, crockery for children, and a closed area ( terrace and garden) only for them.
Near, about 200m. From the house, there is free swimming pool in the village, which you can enjoy in summer.
It is a quiet, family pool with a playground.
In the village there is a restaurant of homemade food, of great quality, and a small supermarket and butcher shop with homemade sausages.

Muy buena casa.Confortable y cömoda.Perfectamente acondicionada, calefacclön, limpieza,utensilios de menage,etc....
Jose Luïs, que nos recibiö,con mucha amabilidad, nos indicö todo lo referente a la casa,visitas a realizar en la zona(museos,casa de Goya )tiendas, bares y demäs lugares de interës en la zona.

Hemos estado unos días, de este mes de Abril ,alojados en la Casa del Pintor y la casa es encantadora, muy limpia y acogedora, nos sentimos muy a gusto en ella y seguro que repetiremos. Los dueños muy atentos José Luis, nos enseño todo el pueblo y nos informo muy bien de la zona.

Siento decir que la casa no corresponde con las fotos de la pagina web.
Hay mobiliario roto, las bañeras y duchas no tienen cortinas de baño, con lo que el agua inunda los baños.
Nos encontramos con sabanas y toallas con agujeros y en dos de los baños tuvimos todo el fin de semana un olor a cañería o desague horroroso. Falta de jabón en los baños. Tuvimos que pedir y solo pudimos conseguir tres para seis baños.
Muchos platos y tazas despuntillados (rotos).
Solo existe un televisor de tubo en el ultimo piso (tercera planta).
El termostato de la calefacción esta manipulado y con bajada de temperaturas de frio intenso no sube de grados. Se paso frío en algunos momentos.
Falta de luz suficiente en algunas estancias de la casa.
Realmente el precio de la casa es excesivo para su confort.
Personalmente creo que lo que fue en su momento de inauguración no es la realidad de hoy.
Las propiedades se han de mantener y cuidar para poder ofrecer un servicio de calidad.
