Beds are hard, it is a little noisy from the planes and clubs

The staff were all incredible and really made me feel welcome, and the room was a great size overall. The private beach area was great too. Plenty of sun lounges, and excellent overly polite staff.

I had a sea view room but the view was covered by large trees, which killed the experience. I also had these tiny little ants across my table, the bathroom sink area, and also where the coffee area was. I expected some insects due to being in a tropical country but seeing ants like that made me think twice about making a cup of coffee. I also wasn't sure if towels and sheets had been changed. Was difficult to tell.

Our stay was really nice. The location was perfect! On the doorstep of Chawang’s main strip and on the beach. There were plenty of sun lounges to get a spot on the beach every day. And no kids was a plus! The resort was surrounded by other restaurants on the beach too so there was plenty of places to eat. Extra perk was the massage hut on beach right next door. Resort staff were so great and very friendly. One night they hosted complementary drinks and nibbles on the deck for all guests which was special. Buffet breakfast was excellent too. Considering we found this place last minute it was really great value for money and perfect.

The room facilities might be a little bit dated but wasn’t a problem.

The reception and breakfast staff were really lovely. I liked the location even with the noise. Breakfast was good.

It's very tired. The towels are so old, worn and grey and the bed linen all seem better days. Old lumpy pillows and duvets made a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The apartment was dirty. The shower smelled of mould that's growing behind the door. The room felt grubby. The service at the beach area is very poor and the staff unfriendly. The room has few amenities. It's quite budget. I was there for 2 weeks and no one knew my name. It's a shame when you have to keep getting up and going to the bar to get drinks when they are steps away. No service. The prices are extreme. Expect to pay £8 for a small bottle of water! I think that's why it's mainly empty because of the price hikes. This hotel could be a gem but it's certainly wasn't for me. At this price point you expect descent linen and a comfortable bed. It was bad enough we booked another hotel for a few days to get a good nights sleep. We also left two days early. I wanted luxury after that. The staff deserve better!! They are really sweet
