All the staff were extremely helpful. Perfect location, really close to the bus stop and right at the start of the old town. neither restaurant nor bar were open but there are plenty really close by. Breakfast was very good, really good variety. Would definitely recommend it.
Bathroom was a little dated and crampt.

It was near to the events I was attending.
Although it was very clean, the en-suite needs some work. There was no toilet roll holder, clearly fallen off sometime, the tap was stiff to operate & made a noise & the shower could not be lowered to just wash your body. There was only one toiletry to wash with, shower & wash hair/ not good. The pillows were awful & though I asked for a double room was given one with 2 single beds. Also breakfast did not start until 8 but on my departure had to leave before then so even tho I had paid for breakfast could not have any before I left.
