Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Palma, their customer service is exceptional, lovely stay, very welcoming atmosphere, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast

Honestly cannot fault our stay here, the staff made us feel instantly at home and were incredibly helpful - they even made our dinner reservations for us. The hotel itself is just stunning and every detail has been thought of. We would 100% stay here again!
