For rent apartment in Pêra in central Algarve consisting of 2 bedrooms one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite) and 2 balconies with panoramic sea view (one with barbecue and awning).
Features 43 "Full HD cable TV and Wi-Fi, 2-room air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, electric toaster, electric kettle and gas hob with oven too.
It is located on a 2nd floor and has parking space in the building.
Close to everything and away from the confusion. Beaches very close, 5 minutes by car !!

The price varies according to the time of year, we only make weekly bookings with arrival and departure on Saturdays.
If you would like other dates please contact me (preference by private message as by phone contact I will only be available between 18h30 and 23h00 on weekdays, all day weekend).
Rental: Flexible. Short stays possible from 4 days. Sign up / entry 50% when booking, decreasing prices depending on length of stay Delivery of keys by owner. Heating supplement according to season and length of stay.
Additional information:
- Sheets and towels included at the entrance.
- Capacity for 4/5 people (the 5th person sleeps in extra rollaway bed in the living room).
- Check-in between 15h00 and 20h00 / Check-out between 09h00 and 11h00
- Upon arrival a security deposit of 100 euros is required and will be returned on the last day upon delivery of the keys, after verification of the apartment.
