A hidden gem

Gorgeous house and great location away from the hecticness of camps bay but close enough to dip in and out.

The only thing I would have changed is I probably would have preferred the option of having a bedroom without a glass door to the outside as a single woman on her own. So it could be worth asking that in the future. I absolutely loved the steam shower but I wasn’t clear on how to turn it on as there was no guidance in the book. I switched it on accidentally thinking it was a heated rail but then couldn’t remember what I’d pressed. To be fair, I could have asked but I was busy a lot of my stay. I did send a message but this wasn’t picked up as the owner was out of town. The points above are minor but could improve the experience. Overall I loved it.

Overall very nice property, and suited our need perfectly for one night.

Location was great, fantastic views and lovely environment in the overall house. We only stayed one night and we had everything we needed for the stay.

Toilet seat was loose, bed was a little small for the expected level of accommodation. I had one work call to do and the wifi is not really up to the job, I have to turn off my video, and even then I had drop outs. Also though the price was a little high for a room in a shared house

Stunning views in a beautiful and comfortable guest house

Gorgeous property with wonderful views, we had a room with a terrace that made all the difference too as an extra space to watch sunsets with a glass of wine. The house is big, we hardly noticed any other guests but had access to the kitchen, lounge and pool which were great. It’s a maximum 15 min walk downhill to the Main Street so perfect setting for a peaceful stay. Tracey and her team were so lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Fantastic apartment

Everything was excellent. The hostess and staff were very nice and helpful. The view from the apartment was just breathtaking. There was a voucher for the breakfast and we were in Bootlegger, very delicious breakfast. It was not that far away from main street but we drove by car everytime as we had a child. All in all we were very happy with this apartment and woould book it once more. Thanks

The only thing what we were missing was air conditioining, but it was not that hot during our stay.

Stunning views and feeling like at home

We had a beautiful stay at Far Horizons in Camps Bay. Our room was wonderful, with an amazing terrace where we enjoyed unforgettable sunsets. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home. It was a truly memorable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Tracey was suoer informative and helpful. The place was super clean and tidy and good location for exploring. We explored so much we didnt spend time in the accommodation, but the pool and outdoor seating area looked lovely. Would stay again!

Great view and location. It was clean and quiet and it was great being allowed to braai on the balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however the breakfast is not served at the property and the voucher given doesn’t cover a full breakfast.

Amazing Hotel with the greatest view you can imagine

The breakfast is outside of the hotel and there are two cafés' around where we received vouchers every day. The Hotel is a small boutique hotel with 6 rooms of different size. We have booked the upper room with the terrace and the amazing view on the ocean and the mountains. Tracey is an amazing host who reads your wishes from your eyes. Great recommendations of the vineyards around and other explorations. This Hotel is in walking distance to the Camps Bay Beach road and just a few minutes by Uber to the City Centre. Definetely coming back here. Thanks to Tracey and her team.

Beautiful location and room. Fantastic balcony and pool. Lovely staff and the most comfortable beds!

I loved our private balcony it was stunning, it was big and was so comfortable out there. The walk in shower was brilliant too. The bed was so comfortable and the property had a gorgeous view of the mountains and the sea! And they cater to load shedding by having generators so we weren't disturbed.

I do wish breakfast was on site, even a continental breakfast and then coupons to head out to the spots they have a partnership with.

Relaxing

The breakfast vouchers were amazing and a nice touch point. Loved the pool, and although I did not have time to take it all in it was a nice quick experience. Loved that the ocean was a nice walkable distance from the guest house.

Nice stay to explore Cape Town in a more safe part of Cape Town

Nice AirBnb with large balcony and amazing view (we had the sea view room). We could use the separate entry, so we didn’t had to bother the owners that much. Nice walk to the beach, but nothing is flat, and going back is up hill.

Vouchers for breakfast, didn’t go that well. Sometimes it could take an hour to get (a simple) breakfast. The Bootlegger place is further away but has much better breakfast menu

The room was really clean and beautifully decorated. We sat out on the balcony in the morning with our tea and the view was just amazing. Everything you need for the stay is provided and the vouchers for breakfast are a great idea.

location good. bedrooms clean and spacious. was upgraded to a better room than what I booked for which was lovely.

The dogs. Not everyone likes dogs. we wanted to swim but when we saw the dogs go in the pool and drink from the pool we were not really comfortable with that.

The staff were very friendly and Tracy the owner was very good.. sorted out my hard car which is very much appreciated would stay again.
