Great location, beautiful hotel, fabulous staff

Location good. Staff excellent. Food lovely

1) finding ashtray on terrace with used cigarette butts in it. We are non- smokers 2) Main part of hotel and patio area closed off for private function meaning no access to large part of hotel. Had I known about this in advance we would have booked elsewhere.

The food at dinner in the main Restaurant/Lobby was good , the selection poor I was asking for the afternoon tea , however was told it should habe been ordered, reserved two days in advanced ??? Never heard this before

It’s all about attention to detail and quality of service that’s not there I‘m afraid whatsoever. Besides it is run down as far as rooms are concerned, cleanliness etc , the operator seems more concerned about cutting corners then satisfying there customer . Breakfast 4 star level , very disappointing , again cost vs quality Arrival experience non existent, when I travel to a truly luxury property I’m welcomed at arrival and help with luggage is offered , as well as with parking , which wasn’t the case at all. Room Service available only till 9.30 pm, in my view, an no go for such property , should be available 24/7 Also , after 9.30 pm there was nothing to eat available at the hotel, I observed that guests were send away after that time and no alternatives were offered , cause everything was closed The Spa/Wellness - Gym well equipped, the facilities including the pool are dated and acceptable .
