The staff, super clean, very good breakfast, super comfortable. The restaurant was good. The little surprise with the champagne with the birthday card in our room for my boyfriend was super cute and it showed a good consideration for us and our stay. The lady in the reception was amazing, very polite and she wished happy birthday as well to my boyfriend, which is always a good start 🙌🏻
The spa should be a little better, for a 4 star hotel. The pool is cold, the jacts were not turn on in the pool. Most of the area was full of nudity, outside the sauna area which is very weird for children and for people that are not used to that, since it’s a hotel… it shouldn’t be allowed in all spaces, specially in the hallways or swimming pool. (Or at least if it’s normal in Germany, advise prior the guests that the people can be naked there). However a lot of saunas, the steaming was good, solar, salt rooms… super good. Relaxation area super good.

Food and staff were excellent. Dinner exceeded expectations.
The shower cubicle was very small. The gate to parking malfunctioned.
