    I checked in around midnight at 12:10 AM, and the guy receptionist was very helpful and welcoming despite the late hour. The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to get around and visit key spots. It was also conveniently located near the tram, which made transportation even easier. The bedsheets were clean, and overall, I had a pleasant stay.

    Close to Chinatown & across from Haymarket.. and walking distance to Darling Harbour so many restaurants near by and the food was great 👍

    I requested quiet location room which was Room 312. Water pressure is very poor pressure and hot water is not hot enough. Took a double time to finishing a shower. I stayed this hotel several times but this time was not enjoyed. I recommend to check hot water pressure first when checked in a room. Also the floor is quiet floor, noise restrictions after 11pm. Unfortunately next room guests were making a lots noise until 2am. I could not rest for my sleep. Terrible experience.
