Room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-designed, The breakfast buffet was outstanding-worth for money. Perfectly situated within walking distance to 1Borneo Hypermarket. Staff hospitality, very attentive and warm.
The hotel needs more parking capacity for the number of rooms, It would be helpful if parking spaces could be reserved in advance.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious.
The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful.
The WiFi was not working from the time we checked in until we checked out. It was very inconvenient throughout our stay.
Additionally, the shampoo and body wash were not refilled. Housekeeping should ensure these basic amenities are properly maintained.
Parking was also limited, which made it difficult to find a space.
Overall, the experience could be improved with better maintenance and service.
