Sergio made sure that property was accessible with provided code. I loved the sauna—it was such a relaxing touch. Sergio went above and beyond with a generous supply of towels, games, extra pillows and blankets, and all the amenities you could need. The only thing missing was TVs in the bedrooms, but that actually added to the cozy family vibe—everyone gathered in the shared spaces instead of hiding away in their rooms.
The only inconvenience during our stay was having to personally transport the trash to an off-site location. While I understand the reasoning behind this policy, it’s not ideal for guests to place trash in their own vehicle and locate a disposal site they’re unfamiliar with and possibly out the way. I stay in cabins all the time and usually things I’ve seen or I can. Recommend isInstalling bear-safe bins on-site would be a much more guest-friendly option, allowing the cleaning crew to manage trash removal more efficiently without inconveniencing, the guest . Also, the address leads to a neighbor’s house. The neighbor came out and guided me up the mountain thank God because it was very dark and night out, and if she never came outside, I would’ve had a hard time finding the location without contacting Sergio, although he was always Available !!!
