The Good:The cabin is clean and spacious and had the perfect layout for our group (eight adults, eight kids). The indoor pool and theater room provided a lot of entertainment for the kids when we weren't out and about. The back deck was peaceful. Management was very responsive when we had issues (more on that later).It was also very near to a Dollar General to help resupply the cabin after we burned through the provided supplies in a matter of hours.The Bad:Even though the cabin says it sleeps 30, about half of those people would have to sleep in the bunk house or on pull-out couches. We had 16 people, and the size was just right.Although the listing warns that it doesn't offer more than a handful of basic supplies, that's not even enough for a full day with a large group. Given that the cabin's selling point is its ability to accommodate many people, this seems like an oversight.There were also not enough towels for bathing without doing constant loads of laundry, so bring extra.The decking around the pool is narrow and all tile, so it's incredibly slippery. A few tiles are broken, which adds to the danger. The hot tub jets are barely functioning. The toilet in the powder room was difficult to flush, and the shower on the second floor began leaking through the ceiling in the bedroom below.The cabin is a significant drive from Pigeon Forge (nearly an hour), though only about 25 minutes from Gatlinburg. So, be prepared.

I can't say enough great things, clean, big, entertaining, comfortable. Thanks to this cabin set up my family reunion was a huge hit! We all were able to stay together! And 25 of us sat and ate together with room for more wowww! Great communication throughout our stay! The host made the process easy and comfortable. We had no issues! Kids had a blast, adults had a blast!Pool, jacuzzi, games theater, tons of beds simply breathtaking! Loved our stay!

Booked this location for a family trip of 17 people. The over all property showed lack of maintenance with dirty air filters , moldy washer, leaking fridge , pool was a issue the whole trip and not working had to have multiple people look at it while on trip and water still not swimmable. Hot tube had only one jet working and leaked water . Hose bib to fill it with water was constantly leaking and wetting the back deck . Movie theater had issues with sound where I had to replace batteries and check speaker connection to have sound. All the beds in the house were uncomfortable my family members said including mine . You name it there was issues with closet doors missing in bed rooms, bottom to drawers in kitchen missing , doors to bathrooms having trouble locking and unlocking . Reported issues to management. Sent out multiple people to address pool however was unable to use the whole trip and the condition of the pool room lacked ventilation and had a mildew smell and mold on windows . The location of property was nice for access to activities but the comfort of home is poor and needs repairs . I would not book again or recommended. I was embarrassed by the end of the trip that I booked this place for my family to stay in . Booked through Vrbo and this was my first experience and it was a bad one.

My 3 siblings, nephews, nieces, children, and grandchildren all revisited Cosby in honor of my late mother. For all of us to be able to hang out in the rockers by the hot tub/pool area or play some cards would’ve made Mom’s day. We were a few minutes from the Cosby campground where we took a hike that we had all done as a family in 2010. The nature trail in that same campground is a nice little hike for all ages. We hung out at the nearby streams. If you like the hustle and bustle Gatlinburg is a short drive away. The nearby restaurants in Cosby and Newport were all good and accommodated our large parties on short notice. The house itself was great. The table was one of the best parts. The pool was in the house but it had separate entrances that had locks. The beds were comfortable.

The property was as described and perfect for a family reunion of 25 people ranging from 6 months to 80 years! The indoor pool and hot tub, pool table, Pac-Man were great for a couple of rainy days. Didn’t really have board games but we had brought our own. The property manager was extremely responsive when we noticed the upstairs AC wasn’t cooling and the fridge ice maker stopped working. They do tell you that no seasonings/cooking basics are stocked but the nearby dollar general store has it all. The bunk room was the most fun and overall we’d highly recommend this place for a large group!

Our stay was perfect except there were issues with the downstairs tvs in the bedrooms', but other than that the stay was perfect. My husband and I always wanted a get away in the woods because not only am i a cancer survivor I am a veteran, but unfortunately I just lost him to cancer and I decided to take this trip with my family as a way to move on in life. I want to say that everything was great with the cabin and I would definitely recommend to family. Hope to come back next year

We stayed at this location for 2 days and it accommodates quite a number of people comfortably. The stay overall was fine although the amenities posted aren't as they look in photos. 1. Barbecue Grill is biggest flop. It is charcoal coal, not mentioned anywhere and completely rusted. Not fir for use.2. Some of the appliances at the property dont work as expected. For eg: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer3. Pool table is ripped offPros: Indoor Pool and Hot Tub are pretty good in condition.The most important fallout I need to mention here is Host. They get the rental signed prior to stay but try to cheat you post you vacate on the basis of that. Rental doc says you need to pay for damages and also damaged linens within property. Then they come up with unknown damages or which were already damaged prior to your stay and try to charge your card with additional fees, more than a day's rental. If you refuse to agree on their charges, they forcefully charge the fee on basis of your card shared with Vrbo.

This house was just what we were looking for. It was able to sleep a large number of people, and had all the fun amenities like the pool, pool table and the hot tub. Communication with the property management was great. Any questions we had were answered quickly through text. Checkout was seamless didn’t have to scrub the place like you do in other booking. 10/10 looking to possibly book next year as well !

The property was nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool was a huge hit with my grandkids! But a few of them cut their foot because of broken tiles around the pool. There wasn’t a lot of silverware or dishes for all of us especially since the dishwasher didn’t work. We at breakfast and lunch at the cabin so that was a lot dishes. In the game room we had another cut because of a point end on one of the handles to the fuse ball table . There were rips in the pool table making it hard to play pool.i did let the property manager know and he was nice but nothing was done while we were there.

Pool table was ripped, arcade game didn't work, foosball table had broken handles so we couldn't utilize the game area. Tiles around pool we loose and many broken, they became extremely slick when wet...very dangerous! Bedroom were beautiful and clean. This is NOT a property with satellite TV, we had to contact management due to only 2 tvs working since they were smart tvs. Had to install Roku devices on the remaining televisions that management had delivered to the property. The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space, pool, porches and hot tub were enjoyed immensely and our group of 15 (8 adults and 7 children age 7-15) had a terrific stay here. The bunk room was a huggggeeee hit with the kids. There were a few minor issues with the game area given that the arcade game and foosball table weren’t really functional and the pool table was torn, but the kids go creative and we found other ways to spend our time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen a perfect place to gather. There is room for improvement as I think there is with any strictly rental property, but overall we had a terrific stay between Christmas and New years and would certainly stay again.

The propery manager was very nice and went above and beyond. Packages were delvired earlier than expected they could not go out in the house but kept an eye on the porch where packeages were delivered to make sure no one was messing eith them. Also when we got to the house upstairs ac was not working properly and they got someone to the house quickly even when it was after hours. There was pool toys to play with that was not talked about in the listing.

This property has everything you need for a proper getaway. Our group of friends and family all stayed for two nights. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool the most and probably spent the majority of time there. We brought board games and had plenty of room at the big dining room table for 8 players comfortably. The dining room table fit our entire party for dinner which we enjoyed comfortably. The ceilings are really quite something. All in all I would give the stay a 10. The host contact a 10 and our trip a 10!

We didn’t get to utilize the pool at all because the temperature was too cool. They tried to raise the temp but something kept breaking so it wasn’t very heated. We barely got to use the hot tub because it wasn’t working, but Pam did a great job trying her best to get it working for us. Unfortunately the hot tub was cloudy and left our suits smelling like mildew the one time we did get to use it. There was black mold in the bunkhouse bathroom.. Also, the shower lining was disgusting in the other bathroom upstairs. I made sure to list these things in hopes that the cleaners can become aware and make sure it’s gone for the next guests! Despite these things, my family and I enjoyed our Christmas stay here! Pam was absolutely wonderful and very generous in trying to fix the hot tub situation. We definitely wish we could’ve had the pool and hot tub to use, but there was a lot to entertain us still. We had a great time and I would recommend any of Pam’s locations, she is a fabulous host and does her best to solve any issues!

Plenty of sleeping room for our group of 12 adults and 9 children. The pool was a big hit, as was the large dining table that we could all sit down together. The theater room was also nice, as was the pool table and arcade game. It rained during our trip so we didn't get to use the fire pit area but it was nice as well.

Housekeeping for this house was not good. she had attitude. she did not want to come bring cleaning linen , after we found old blood stains , but dry, On the bed. We had to wash the linen ourselves. Trash (corn chip) under the table. Water bottles under their seat cushion with food. And it looked like a child may have smeared poop on one of the blinds in the master bedroom . If you're looking for a clean place and have children do not rent this place. If this is five star look for ten star.

We had a great experience. We had 7 adults, one 11 year old and two under 2. Plently of space where you can go off back youself and have quite time if you need. It rained one whole day we where there so we had a chill day where we were in the pool all day long. The 11 year old was in the pool EVERYDAY so needless to say he is water logged. All in all we had a very good stay.

We booked this vacation to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We had a terrific time swimming, watching movies in the theater, shooting pool and playing arcade and video games, smores around the fire, exploring the area trails and waterfalls and relaxing in the hot tub. We had a super great time in this lovely cabin in the woods with plenty of room for all 21 of us! The pool and loft area were especially enjoyed by the family. Did not want to leave. Communication between owners and housekeeping was super!! They were great with a few issues immediately! Would totally go back again!

Overall everyone in my group loved the cabin. It was a little further from Gatlinburg than we would have liked, but the drive was easy. The toddler toys and the games were missing, but the children loved the arcade games, pool table and swimming pool. There were lots of movies, but none for children. The kids really enjoyed watching a movie we brought with us in the theater. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

Although this is a very lovely cabin, all the things wrong with this cabin made our stay less than pleasant. The pool smelled like fish/mold. We called the housekeeper as instructed and the only solution was to shock it. We have a pool at home, this was not the solution. Maintenance came and backwashed the pool and we were told they were having issues with the pump/filter. They didn’t have the the downtime or the parts to fix it. My husband also told maintenance that the pool was sucking air and he was told to add water if he wanted to, this should have been his job, not ours. We did have to add water. Pool area was not as pictured, only 2 chairs and the solar cover prevents passage around the pool. My husband cleaned out what he could from the skimmer basket, handful of hair, hair ties and other debris. Also, only 2 of the 6 returns were working. My husband told maintenance to take the time and fix it and they declined. Needless to say, no adults would go in the pool and only the younger children went in a few times. For what we paid, we should of had a working pool. Remotes and tvs not working, speaker missing in the theater room. Dusty furniture and dirt in kitchen cupboards. We should of asked for a different cabin but I am sure the others would have had issues too because of having the same maintenance and cleaning crew. Also, if you offer a fire pit, some wood should be provided. We loved the area but would never stay at this ‘resort’ again.

The property was just what the family needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and still be close. The pool and jacuzzi were used frequently and the peace and quiet was nice. We had some hiccups with the refrigerator but that was addressed by the owner. Stay was awesome, me and my friends did a gear head retreat. Brought 4 motorcycles, 3 sport cars, 2 trucks and a trailer and had plenty of space in the drive way. Hot tub was great after a long day riding, pool was a nice backup. Bunk room worked great as we had 10 guys go. All in all don’t hesitate and book. I’ve stayed in cabins for the last three years in the Smokey’s, this is one of the best.

Overall experience from booking to check in has been seamless. Great communications from host. The cabin was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The extra couch/futon in each room was a plus. The theatre and game area were spot on for the kids. The pool and hot tub were the selling points for booking this cabin. The grounds were beautifully kept and the cabin was private without being too secluded. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extremely lomg dining table was perfect for all of us to enjoy a meal together. Just a know before you go side note: there are plenty of plates and bowls provided, but they are not microwavable so plan accordingly . Awesome!!! Thanks for the amazing stay!

My Family had a great time here at this cabin. The kids loved the pool, the game room, and the theater room. We weren't able to use the Hot Tub as it need to be repaired. Maintenance came by 1 day to try and fix the hot tub, said they be back in 2 days with the part. We never saw them again after that visit. If I was going to find a big issue with the cabin it would be with the cleaning crew. The fee your charged for cleaning is high. I don't know when the last time the heating vents, window shades, wall decorations, bear statutes, light sconces over the dining room table, the antler light in living room...etc were not dusted and cob webs were not removed. Other than the cleaning crew not doing a good job on the simple things. The overall cabin was great and the location was perfect. The owner is really great at getting back to you in a very timely manner, and she was very helpful. Despite the cleaning crew I would stay here again.

This is a great property with lots of extras to keep the kids and adults entertained. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of room for our group. Location is about a half hour outside of Gatlinburg and nice being able to get away from the crowds of downtown. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and was nice to have extra towels to keep kids from slipping on the floor. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our group! The size of the bedrooms accommodated multiple people in each very easily. We were so thankful for the large table in the kitchen that seated 18 people comfortably. We find that it is rare that a large capacity property actually have a table space for everyone. Between the game room, indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit, boredom was nowhere to be found. We especially enjoyed the warm indoor pool!! Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. We will definitely book again!!
