WORST management company in Mexico and probably the world ! They are crooks beware ! I had no working fridge - internet and very very dirty apartment ! no compensation - no fixing of anything !

Very good

The apartment was pretty big and comfy. Though the bed has a poor mattress (with bedsprings), I slept pretty well. Great host Sebastian — very responsive and nice guy. There was a small pipe leakage, they fixed it very quickly. Nice oldman-guard at reception.

Location isn't very good. Taxi is relatively cheap and you can reach any landmark in 15 minutes ($6) by taxi. However, the neighborhood doesn't look pretty and safe, especially in the evening. Also, there was no cafe or big supermarket around, you need to go for at least 10 minutes. Kitchen has limited accessories, no wine opener. There are balcons on photos, but apartment does not have any. Note for European travelers — there is no adapter for Mexican plugs, so you have to bring it with you. Or you can buy it in the Steren shop (not so close to the apartment).

La peor estancia de mi vida

Nada.

No tiene ningún tipo de ventilación, dicen que tienen ventilador pero es mentira. Entra mucho polvo, porque al estar todo cerrado, dejan las ventanas abiertas, lo cual me causó alergias desde el momento de mi llegada. Igual es imposible cerrar las ventas ya que estas no tiene seguro y siempre quedan abiertas. Dicen que tienen atención al cliente 24 horas, pero nadie responde nunca. Nos fue imposible contactar con alguien para expresar nuestras quejas del lugar. El sector está lejos, no tiene nada cerca, no hay ningún atractivo, es muy ruidoso a TODAS horas, no hay un solo segundo de paz. No lo recomendaría a nadie y no volvería ni que me lo regalen.

En general todo súper, muy práctico para poder entrar y salir, el depa completo y equipado solo te recomendaría cambiar colchones de cama individual se sentían los resortes de la cama,como que ya dieron de sí!, pronto que tenga una competencia regresaré. Muchas gracias por todo

Nuestra reserva era para el 31 de octubre 2024 y salida el 2 de noviembre. Nunca se logró la entrada al departamento porque la cajita donde se pone la clave para la entrada automática no funcionaba. Llamamos y escribimos al número de contacto y nadie nunca nos respondió. En el sitio no había nadie para auxiliarnos. Tuvimos que irnos y buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos. Era de noche y estuvimos esperando mucho tiempo a que alguien contestara. La zona es horrible y solitaria. Estamos a la espera del reembolso. Booking tampoco responde. Procederé legalmente por el incumplimiento del servicio y por la estafa del anfitrión y de booking por no responder y no devolvernos el dinero. Exijo mi dinero de vuelta.

No tuve agua un dia entero. La ducha no tenia dispersor, las paredes con humedad, el wifi funciona pesimo, y la comunicación fue deficiente. Que las sabanas no sean blancas pasa a tercer plano. Pedí compensación y no recibi ni respuesta (de paso critica a booking)
