Since March 2019, it is fully air conditioned (apart from a bedroom with twin beds which has a ceiling fan) It is located due south without overlooked consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is part of the master suite. A large L-shaped living room and a lovely dining room. The villa is located just 800 meters from the sandy beach of Fustera with its ecological route. 700 meters from shops and restaurants. The naya with its table for 10 people overlooking the garden offers a pleasant space for dining with family or friends. A large terrace borders the swimming pool with outdoor shower and deckchairs and a GrandHall gas barbecue. A second terrace in height offers a nice view on the sea as well as a space to eat and a garden furniture. The property also has a beautiful flower garden. From the master bedroom, a spiral staircase leads to the 4th bedroom which is a large mezzanine where it is possible to add 4 beds. There is also a third solarium terrace not overlooked with table and deckchair offering a view of the distant sea. The villa has a carport and a large parking space that can accommodate 3 vehicles.

The villa was lovely and spacious and also very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our favourite was the outdoor area and gas barbecue - great to enjoy the sunshine!

Merveilleux séjour en famille avec 7 adultes et 3 enfants. Les diners dans la naya avec cette table pour 10 personnes sont tout simplement magiques sans parler du Barbecue un must. Cette villa bien entretenue de plein pied pour les grands-parents était une condition importante pour ma femme et moi, ils étaient ravis. Nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir gérer la climatisation dans les différentes pièces. La plage de sable blanc à proximité et le parcours écologique pour les balades le long de la mer et le petit super marché avec de vrais croissants (ce qui est rare), ont fait de notre trop court séjour un ravissement. Les nombreuses terrasses extérieures les sombrillas, les transats, les jeux, la table de ping-pong et la piscine ont ravi toute la famille. Rendez-vous pris, pour cet été.

Me ha encantado la casa y la estancia, pero no puedo dejar de comentar la mala educación de los encargados de la limpieza, ya que nosotras teníamos hasta las 10.00 el alquiler de la casa y a las 9.15 ya estaban dentro de la parcela para limpiar lo de fuera, cosa que es ilegal que entren antes de tiempo por nuestra propia privacidad. Así se lo hicimos saber y nos contestaron de una forma mal educada y faltándonos el respeto. Me encanto la estancia pero cambiaría el personal de limpieza porque encima no estaba tan limpia.
