I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel the room had a beautiful view, and the buffet was delicious with a good variety of tasty food the animation team was fabulous and did a great job creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere The staff around the pool were also very friendly helpful and welcoming.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately the cleaning service did not meet the standard I expected and I believe this is an area that needs significant improvement paying more attention to room cleaning and housekeeping would make the overall experience much better.
