About this apartment rental
Nice, modern and very central apartment! On the ground floor: master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with large shower and two sinks. Secondary bedroom, also spacious, with two single beds. Guest bathroom and large entrance with access to the upper floor. On the upper floor: spacious and open living-kitchen with windows overlooking the city of Arguineguín, small service and laundry room. All open to a very large outdoor terrace with seating area, outdoor shower and sunbeds. The terrace overlooks the city and the sea. Access to the building by a pedestrian street, with elevator and very quiet. Neighbors mostly of Nordic origin. Five minute walk to reach the sea.

We've srayed here a few times before, which speaks volumes. It is like a home from home.
There is nothing better than sitting on the large roof terrace, with a glass of wine, watching the world go by.
Arguineguin is a great starting point for cycling routes, long and short.
Comfortable, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen.
This visit we stayed in two centres, and, while the other location was very good, it brought home how solid and private the Arguineguin apartment is. No noise from neighbouring aoartments and the roof terrace is surprisingly private.
Good selection of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. This is a proper town.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat auch alles! Aber am meisten hat uns natürlich die super schöne Terasse gefallen, wo man schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen konnte. Nicht mal in 5 Minuten war man am Strand. vielen Dank! Es war ein sehr schönes Urlaub.

This property is a real home from home. Very comfortable and well equipped with a fabulous terrace to enjoy sun all day and to relax and watch the sun go down in the evening. Ideally situated for all amenities ie. shops, restaurants, bars and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Close to transport links to explore the island. Just great!

Very well equipped apartment with a few treats on arrival. Great location and sun terrace with beds, chairs and cushions were well used. Would definitely use again if in that area.
