La ubicación y la terraza.
No me gustaron las escaleras. Tuve dificultades para subir y bajar el equipaje porque son muy estrechas.

Very clean, it had renovated short time ago so everything was elegant. We had everything we needed. Little balcony in apartment and roof terrace with sunbeds and table and seaview ! It was not turistic area, it was situated in peaceful street with many local people around.

Zentral gelegen, so dass man sehr schnell an beiden Stränden ist ( und sich somit immer den passenden aussuchen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der nahen Umgebung. Ein eigener Balkon (Ausrichtung nach Norden) ist praktisch und die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Dachterasse sehr schön. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet.
Einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden (Februar) ist nicht immer einfach (Quote ca. 50%), aber man findet bei dem Strandparkplatz in Richtung Betonwerk eine gute Alternative. Etwas unglücklich finde ich die Fenster von der Wohnküche in den Treppenaufgang. Zum einen ist es im Apartment tagsüber etwas dunkel und im Dunkeln scheint das Licht ( bei Aktivierung) bis ins Schlafzimmer, da es weder Rollos vor den Fenstern gibt, noch eine Tür/Vorhang zum Schlafzimmer.
