Hale Nalu is our beautiful luxury beach villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu! Our fully equipped central AC 4th floor villa is located in the Beach Tower at the gorgeous Beach Villas, unit #406. It’s situated on Lagoon 2. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home, NOT a hotel or timeshare property, that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms (sleeps a maximum of 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths with over 1200 square feet of living space.
Stunning ocean and mountain views await you every day as you sit on the lanai. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai, adding an additional 235 square feet of living space.
For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Our villa offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing, peaceful retreat, yet you are just steps away from the beach, pools, and other resort activities. This amazing villa is an ideal, serene spot to view the beautiful sunsets and the tranquil lagoons. With a beachfront paved walking path to great restaurants and shopping. Paradise awaits you, and we guarantee a different sunset every night!
Interior furnishings include a stunning luxury area rug as the centerpiece of the inviting living area. The custom-designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, while the Wolf oven and cooktop complement the honed granite countertops. Throughout the villa, you will enjoy travertine floors, porcelain tile floors in the bedrooms, and African mahogany doors, window trim work.
A full-size LG stack washer/dryer adds all the conveniences of home in a vacation rental instead of an impersonal hotel room. In addition, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to stream your favorite entertainment to the large flat-screen Smart TV's in every room. Other amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare.
Included at no additional charge, we provide one reserved parking space included with our unit. Additional parking can be obtained for a one-time parking fee of $25 per vehicle for the entire stay.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, matching nightstands, and dresser. In the en suite bathroom, you’ll find an amazing soaking tub and separate shower, which is equipped with grab bars. Both bathrooms come with grab bars around the toilet as well. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request, a full dresser, and a nightstand. The secondary bathroom features its own exquisite décor, including a deep soaking tub/shower. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, offering the ability to have up to six guests in the villa. The villa’s décor is island-themed with vibrant colors and local flair. For your dining pleasure, there is a glass-top dining table which seats 6 comfortably in addition to the 4 high-back barstools.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have two luxury buildings gracing the white sands and turquoise waters of the Honu Lagoon 2, creating a sanctuary that is unparalleled in the islands. We are also located about 35 minutes from the world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets, and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii's Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery. Breath-taking Hanama Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further, or head up the scenic H2 for 45 minutes to the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii's infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, & Turtle Beach to name a few. Costco, Target, Safeway grocery, Long’s drugstore, many restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping are a quick 10-minute drive to Kapolei.

RENTAL RATES: Our rental rates are as published. Taxes, resort fee, and cleaning fee(s) are extra. No credit card processing fees. Check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out at 10am but we are willing to work with you on any special requests you may have. PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of the total is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in, but we can work with your specific needs.

Our stay was absolutely incredible and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spectacular view — even better in person. I had been a little worried the parking lot might interfere with the scenery, but it didn’t at all. Thanks to the open lots on both sides of the property, the lagoon felt almost private for the Beach Villas building, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and exclusive.The condo was so thoughtfully stocked, especially for families. There were kids’ toys, sand toys, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and so many extras that made beach days effortless and fun. Traveling with little ones can be a lot, and having all of that ready for us was such a gift.What impressed me most was the attention to the smallest details. They even had a toddler toilet training seat available — and as a parent, that level of thoughtfulness truly stood out. It was one of those little touches that made us realize every detail had been considered to make families feel comfortable and at home.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked vacation rental kitchens we’ve ever used. It had everything we needed and more, including both a coffee machine and a Keurig — a small detail that made mornings especially enjoyable.Every part of this stay felt easy, comfortable, and generous. You can tell the hosts truly care about their guests’ experience. We made wonderful family memories here and genuinely cannot wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

By far one of the most gracious, accommodating hosts we've ever worked with. The property was as-advertised and hosts went above and beyond with all the little extras, like a fully stocked coffee setup (so nice after arriving late the night before,) quality beach and sports equipment, toiletries, etc. A lovely unit in a beautiful setting. We walked the short .5 to the ABC store, shops and restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again.
