It is located about 4½ short blocks to the beach and boardwalk of Ocean City. The unit has central air, dishwasher, washer & dryer, (3) color flat screen TVs, (1) VCRs, (1) DVD player and a microwave and wifi (available June, July, August and September). The condo is non-smoking. There is (1) dedicated parking spot behind the building with additional free street parking. Conveniently located across the street from a Wawa. Linens and towels and beach tags are not provided.

For our small family looking to get out and enjoy the boardwalk and other attractions, this was an amazing little place to stay! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back :)

This unit is cozy, extremely clean and pleasant. The property manager was communicative and very helpful. Location is perfect-close to the beach, boardwalk and shopping. Would definitely recommend for families or small groups.

Needing a beach trip, I chose to meet my VR friend for the first time in her vacation resort in Ocean City. This condo was available and set in the perfect spot. Very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need and the host will always keep you in touch with anything you need. I WILL be renting this one again next year when the wife and I head that way.

The location was a big plus. But the house was not as clean as we would have liked. No laundry soap or toilet paper to start us off. The grease trap in the dishwasher gave out so we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom 🙁we had a great time on the beach
