Location was great. Breakfast was not included.
Little 1 portion triangular Parmelat boxes with milk are preferable to powder milk, especially with tea.

The location was perfect - next to the Owl House and in the centre of town from which we could walk to any of the main attractions - even the farm stall outside town.
The breakfast, specially prepared for us, was lovely with freshly home made bread, cereals, fruit, yogurt, bacon and eggs... all one could want... topped with good coffee!

Although the venue said B$B apparently there was no Breakfast included as the feedback was that we didn't pay for Breakfast option. So we didn't eat breakfast.
There was no TV OR Wifi facilities. there was unpleasant smell in the room.
The cups and saucers were small.
