I had a wonderful time at Elsy Villa during my one night stay there. The room was spacious, clean and came with both an AC and a fan. The bathroom was also clean, well-maintained and came with basic toiletries like soap, shampoo. The owner and the caretaker of the place, Mr. Piyal is very friendly and accommodating.
The water pressure was a little too slow for my liking. I think it's due to me being on the topmost floor but it was manageable.

I had a fabulous stay at Elsy Villa Negombo. Initially, I planned to stay only one night, but I ended up extending my stay to three nights because everything exceeded my expectations.
The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a balcony, a well-equipped bathroom with all necessary amenities, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. What truly surprised me was the in-room kitchenette, complete with kitchen equipment and a refrigerator, as well as a washing machine for laundry. It’s rare to find this level of convenience and facilities at such a budget-friendly rate.
The villa is very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located—just about five minutes from the city center and the beach. It truly offers excellent value for money.
A special mention to the host, Piyal, who is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Negombo!
