About this villa rental
Villa Katerini is a traditional stone house (built on 17th century), really spacious for a family or party of eight people, located just 5 minutes drive from Gaios in Paxos, air-conditioned, with a large private pool and it offers amazing views and sceneries over the Ionian Sea.
Layout
This tranquil stone villa is set on two levels.
The ground level consists of an open plan with a sitting-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, separated by a nice stone working surface, a family shower room and three bedrooms: Two twins (with en-suite shower and bathroom) and a double one.
At the front of this area is set a spacious balcony, with stunning sea views, sitting-dining facilities and it is roofed with a wooden traditional pergola.
At the back, another sitting-dining area is set by the fixed BBQ, for those ones who would wish to dine al fresco or try their cooking skills.
Through an interior staircase can be reached the fourth double bedroom, on the upper level, which also features an en-suite shower room.
Pool and Terraces
An exterior stone staircase is landing from the ground level to a lower area, where the private large pool is nicely located in the middle of the sunny terraces, which are surrounded by traditional stone walls and overlook the Ionian Sea.
The ideal location of villa Katerini in Paxos, together with the spectacular views, the short proximity to Gaios and to all local facilities, make this tranquil property an ideal nest for those ones who would wish to have a memorable holiday away from it all.

Villa Katerina was absolutely perfect for our holiday as a group m. Exactly as described, beautifully set in the hills and with a gorgeous pool area. TheInstructions we received were clear and check in was easy. We had a little problem with the dishwasher which was dealt with immediately; the team are so responsive! Thank you for making our stay on Paxos so fantastic

Villa Katerini is a delightful place to stay - up in the hills close to restaurants and shops. It is not a glitzy villa but an old building which is charming. The pool is large and secluded. The villa has lots of outdoor spaces so you can eat with a view of the sea or in the courtyard, protected from sun and the wind. There are many quiet corners to sit quietly. 4 bedrooms and lots of space inside and outside. This was our second time and we will be back again.

The villa is lovely; very spacious bedrooms and communal areas, with lots of great spaces for relaxing and dining etc. of course, the pool and pool area is lovely.
It’s location makes it feel peacefully remote, whilst still only being a short drive into town and providing easy driving access to the rest of the island. I would say a car/vehicle is necessary.
Largely immaterial in the grand scheme of things, but Some room for improvements with the showers/shower heads which are a little bit and miss, and we couldn’t work out the outdoor lights in the BBQ area (but i assume that’s user error).
Overall would recommend for a chilled stay in Paxos.
